Hereinafter referred to as the “Operator” or “DATASHEET SYSTEMS”.

  • prospect database management,

  • CRM support,
  • qualified lead delivery,
  • AI-assisted business processes,
  • marketing and sales consulting.

Services may be provided as:

  • monthly subscriptions,
  • one-time databases,
  • custom outbound campaigns,
  • digital services and data outputs.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

3.1 Monthly Subscription

Upon payment, customers receive access to DATASHEET SYSTEMS services and systems according to the current offer.

Subscriptions may include:

  • databases,
  • outreach services,
  • campaign management,
  • lead delivery,
  • reporting,
  • exports,
  • customer support,
  • AI-assisted processes,
  • analytical tools,
  • campaign optimization.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled by the customer.

3.3 Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting:

No additional billing will occur after cancellation.

3.4 Refund Policy

DATASHEET SYSTEMS allows customers to cancel subscriptions at any time.

Refunds related to technical issues, duplicate payments, or incorrect billing are handled individually.

If a customer requests unsubscribe cancellation and an additional charge occurs due to technical delay, the payment will be refunded immediately.

Refunds for digital services, databases, exports, or already delivered digital content may be denied once access or delivery has occurred.

4. INVOICING & VAT

4.1 Slovak Customers

VAT is charged according to Slovak legislation.

VAT-registered companies may apply VAT deductions according to applicable tax laws.

4.2 EU Customers

Companies registered for VAT within the European Union may be invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism where applicable.

4.3 Non-EU Customers

Billing for customers outside the European Union follows applicable international tax regulations.

4.4 Invoicing

Invoices are automatically delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase.

Subscription access credentials may be delivered together with billing confirmation.

5. OUTBOUND COMMUNICATION & LEAD GENERATION

5.1 Nature of Services

DATASHEET SYSTEMS provides outbound communication and B2B lead generation services.

Outreach may be conducted:

  • on behalf of the client,
  • on behalf of DATASHEET SYSTEMS,
  • or through a combined operational model.

5.2 Databases

DATASHEET SYSTEMS may provide:

5.3 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for lawful use of delivered databases and contacts within their jurisdiction.

Purchasing databases or using outreach services does not automatically grant unrestricted rights for unsolicited electronic communication in violation of applicable laws.

Clients must use the services in compliance with:

  • GDPR,
  • CAN-SPAM,
  • ePrivacy regulations,
  • and all relevant laws.

5.4 Unsubscribe

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DATASHEET SYSTEMS does not guarantee:

  • or guaranteed business results.

Campaign performance depends on:

  • market conditions,
  • customer offer quality,
  • competition,
  • seasonality,
  • communication quality,
  • and external factors.

The Operator shall not be liable for:

  • business interruption,
  • or misuse of delivered data.
